Sailthru’s mantra is that human connections matter and as a result, we frequently tout our service. Our Strategy & Optimization team goes under the hood to identify the metrics that matter, in order to help you grow their businesses faster. The Customer Success team handles everything from partner enablement to weekly status calls. And so forth. But we don’t only provide top notch service to our customers; we also share it with the community.
Our culture calendar has a lot going on: group fitness classes, art projects, workshops on everything from mixology to taking iPhone photos. But hands down, our favorite activity on there is our Sailthru volunteer days. Each quarter, the New York office shuts down for a day while we all give back to our local community.
We recently spent the day at PS 63 in the East Village, also known as The Star Academy. This wasn’t our first time at Star Academy; we tutored kids back in April. We decided to go back during the summer, along with some of our friends from Refinery29, to give the classrooms a makeover before the new school year starts in September.
It felt great to give back and not only because we got to paint the classrooms Sailthru blue. Check out some of the photos from our volunteer day below:
