For more than 10 years, Marigold Engage by Sailthru has helped modern marketers improve customer lifetime value and drive revenue with our high-performance email, personalization and automation solutions. We’re thrilled to announce the next chapter in Marigold Engage by Sailthru’s story: We’re now a part of Marigold’s family of brands.
In addition to Marigold Engage by Sailthru, Marigold has also acquired Liveclicker, which provides real-time email personalization solutions for marketers. This represents Marigold’s entry into enterprise email marketing, diversifying the organization’s overall offerings and making it possible to provide marketers at organizations of every size with their ideal email marketing solution and as a result, stronger engagement, and revenue growth.
Prior to today’s announcement, Marigold included Campaign Monitor, Delivra and Emma. By adding Sailthru and Liveclicker to the mix, Marigold aims to become the most respected, fastest-growing family of marketing technologies in the world.
“Sailthru and Liveclicker are extraordinary technologies capable of solving important marketing problems, and we will be making additional investments in the businesses to further accelerate their growth,” says Wellford Dillard, CEO of Marigold. “Every company in the Marigold has best-in-class customer retention rates, which is a testament to the company’s excellent experience.”
Cassie Young, our Chief Commercial Officer, adds, “Sailthru’s rapid growth is a testament to the fact that enterprise organizations are ready to move past the legacy marketing cloud. Now, as part of the Marigold, our organization will have the resources needed to ensure all enterprise marketers are aware of what is possible with a modern multichannel marketing hub.”
With Sailthru and Liveclicker, Nashville-based Marigold now has more than 500 employees and more than 300,000 customers globally. Both of our companies’ products and product roadmaps will remain in place after the acquisition.
We’ll be posting interviews with Marigold leadership in the coming weeks. If you’re a Sailthru customer and have questions about this announcement, contact your Customer Success Manager. For any other inquiries, contact Sailthru here.
