Sailthru Welcomes Tom Janofsky as New EVP of Engineering

This new hire will be a key contributor to Sailthru’s continued rapid growth. Bringing more than 20 years of experience to the company, Janofsky will lead engineering and data science innovation to help Marigold Engage by Sailthru’s clients meet the evolving demands of consumers. Prior to joining Marigold Engage by Sailthru, Tom was the chief technology officer at Blackfynn, where he led product and engineering. Before joining Blackfynn, Tom was senior vice president at Monetate, joining the company at its formation. At Monetate, Tom built an award-winning technical team of more than 65 engineers and data scientists, and developed its platform, scaling the technology to handle hundreds of millions of daily web transactions. His expertise as an engineering lead with specific experience in retail and ecommerce will have immediate impact on Marigold Engage by Sailthru’s 400 customers, half of which are retailers.
