Back in January, Sailthru was acquired by Marigold, a family of marketing technology companies that includes Campaign Monitor, Delivra, Emma and Liveclicker. We’re thrilled to welcome cross-channel marketing platform Vuture to the family.

Vuture’s platform goes beyond email marketing and automation, offering technology for event management, content management, payments, alumni tracking, and surveys. The majority of Vuture’s 400 customers are in the legal and professional services industries, including 65% of the UK’s top 100 law firms. This diverse set of offerings is part of what drew Marigold to Vuture. The London-based platform also boasts a personalized approach to customer relationships, which trickles down to the relationships with their customers. For example, using Vuture’s automated campaigns for events and email marketing helped global legal firm Winstead become 50% more efficient. In turn, this enabled the firm to spend more time supporting its attorneys and clients. That personalized service is also a hallmark of Marigold, contributing to every brand’s strong retention rates.

In conjunction with the acquisition, Marigold completed a $410 million financing, providing capital for future acquisitions to accelerate growth and provide a technology solution to meet the needs of every marketer.
