Sailthru Named a Strong Performer on the Forrester Wave™ for Cross‑Channel Campaign Management

For the past several years, Forrester has published the Forrester Cross-Channel Campaign Management Wave, their analysis of marketing technology vendors based on current offerings and strategies in this field. In this year’s evaluation, The Forrester Wave™: Cross-Channel Campaign Management (Independent Platforms), Q4 2019, Sailthru earned its place as a “strong performer.”
In our view, Forrester’s analysis illustrates how consumers’ expectations are evolving. Traditional, scheduled campaigns are no longer enough. Today, B2C marketers must invest in cross-channel campaign management (CCCM) solutions to create more contextually relevant interactions. Next-generation CCCM requires customer data management, advanced analytics, and cross-channel orchestration, among others.
Forrester evaluated 40 criteria to help marketing professionals select the right vendor for their needs.
We believe that the strength of the Sailthru platform landed us in the strong performer category. As the Forrester analysts put it, “B2C marketers responsible for deriving actionable insights from high-volume digital data streams should consider Sailthru.”

Over the last decade, Sailthru has evolved from a behavior-based segmentation and targeting engine to a fully-fledged cross-channel campaign management solution that orchestrates personalized email, mobile and web experiences.
With regards to Sailthru’s current offering, Forrester analysts gave Sailthru the highest score among all vendors in the campaign design criterion, and the highest score possible in the user experience criterion. Forrester also gave Sailthru the highest score possible in the Business Technology Vision criterion, which Sailthru believes is an indication that it is well-aligned with the future needs of brands.
