Sailthru Named a Strong Performer on the Forrester Wave™ for Cross‑Channel Campaign Management
For the past several years, Forrester has published the Forrester Cross-Channel Campaign Management Wave, their analysis of marketing technology vendors based on current offering and strategy in this field. In this year’s evaluation, The Forrester Wave™: Cross-Channel Campaign Management (Independent Platforms), Q4 2019, Sailthru earned its place as a “strong performer.”
In our view, Forrester’s analysis illustrates how consumers’ expectations are evolving. Traditional, scheduled campaigns are no longer enough. Today, B2C marketers must invest in cross-channel campaign management (CCCM) solutions to create more contextually relevant interactions. Next-generation CCCM requires customer data management, advanced analytics, and cross-channel orchestration, among others.
Forrester evaluated 40 criteria to help marketing professionals select the right vendor for their needs.
