Best-in-Class Personalization

Lifecycle Optimizer (LO). New filters and an improved design for Lifecycle Optimizer’s Purchase Made entry step gives you unprecedented control over the kinds of purchases that can enter your LO flows. And Version Control is now available in LO, making it easy to view and restore previously saved versions of your flows.

Sailthru 2021 Q3 product updates

Google Product Sync. For our retail and ecommerce customers using Google Product Sync, you can now track inventory levels and map custom fields right in Marigold Engage by Sailthru. It has never been easier to manage and launch product recommendations across all your campaigns!

Email Composer. We’ve also shipped several updates to our drag-and-drop Email Composer, including a new option to customize letter-spacing for design flexibility and text readability, customizable column widths for each row, support for link pasting, and more.

Promotions. And, for marketers sending individualized promotion codes in your campaigns and LO flows, all-new Refill Reminders give you a heads up when refills are getting low to keep your campaigns running without interruption.

Email Summary. 2021 is going to be a massive year for our reporting and analytics suite. To begin, we’ve got new Email Summary report updates that have added advanced filters, more data viewing options, and a bridge to Email Summary from Lifecycle Optimizer: 

  • Marketers can filter and segment key email engagement metrics by LO flows
  • More robust reporting data displayed on the Email Summary page
  • Easy, one-click access to Email Summary right from the LO editor

Stay Connected Across All Channels

Sailthru Mobile. With all-new rich push notifications in Marigold Engage by Sailthru Mobile, you can easily add distinct, separate images to mobile messages across push notifications and in-app messages. We’ve added more CTA button options (and a custom option) to choose from in Marigold Engage by Sailthru Mobile as you’re building your push notifications, and the updated device previews show you how they display across mobile devices.

Sailthru Onsite. Overlays’ new custom key-value option lets marketers leverage data collected from URL parameters, cookies, and local storage — any information that your website can pass via Javascript — to drive unlimited potential in targeted Overlays messaging to your visitors.

What’s Coming Next

Here’s a highlight reel of what you can expect to see from Sailthru over the coming months:

Liveclicker integration. We’re very excited to launch our native integration with Liveclicker (one of our Marigold sister brands) to bring the real-time, conversion-driving personalization elements Liveclicker is known for right into Sailthru.

Custom roles and permissions. Enterprise brands need flexibility and granular control when it comes to who’s using Sailthru across their organization. So, we’re excited to introduce custom user roles in Marigold Engage by Sailthru, complete with robust access-based permissions.

Segment integration. Our new bi-directional integration with Customer Data Platform (CDP) leader Segment will make it easy to pass crucial customer data points into Sailthru user profiles with just a few clicks. Then, Segment receives key marketing campaign metrics back from us.
