Canadian Minister for Science & Technology Visits Sailthru Office
By Marketing Team | April 30, 2013
Gary Goodyear, Canadian Minister of State for Science and Technology, visited the Sailthru office today. Minister Goodyear was joined by Consul General John F. Prato and members from the Canadian Tech Accelerator to speak with Michael Hershfield, Sailthru’s VP of Business Development and founding N100 patron, and David Blanke Sailthru’s COO/CFO, about technology growth here and abroad.
Hershfield, a Canadian native is an advisor/mentor to Canadian Tech Accelerator (CTA@NYC) an initiative that provides Canadian companies with access to New York’s dynamic startup technology market and potential investment opportunities.
Surprisingly, heads of government don’t visit our offices everyday and we were very honored to have Canada’s Minister of Science & Technology make a visit to Sailthru!
We look forward to continued opportunities to connect and partner with evolving tech communities globally and especially our Canadian neighbors.
Stay tuned on the blog as we announce an upcoming event in Toronto this summer!
