Last week, Boston-based market research firm The Relevancy Group celebrated our friends at BrightWave as a leader in its fourth annual Email Agency Buyer’s Guide. Specifically, BrightWave received the highest scorecard ranking with 100% in strategy and data management.
As the market research firm put it, “BrightWave is an excellent choice for organizations that seek an email marketing specialist with a passion for solving complicated data, creative and analytical challenges.”
What Sets BrightWave Apart?
In addition to strategy and data management, BrightWave also dominated the client satisfaction categories. The agency picked up six medals there: account management, analytic services, creative services, deliverability services, educational resources and strategy services.
Looking for direct feedback, The Relevancy Group spoke with several customers. They lauded the agency for helping them “think out of the box” and being “truly collaborative.” (One was even dissatisfied with the five-point rating scale, believing BrightWave deserved a six.) That collaborative mindset extends to partnerships, which demonstrate the company’s commitment to providing clients with the perfect solution for them.
