Recently the Nasdaq Tumblr shared a great infographic from Mashable on the impact of social commerce. But what do all these stats actually mean? To stand out from all the clutter of inboxes, social feeds, and mobile apps, it all comes down to increasing the relevancy of your content. Don’t send an email about your new iPhone app to an Android user. If your audience is visiting your social channels to sing your praises, encourage them to post even more feedback, perhaps with incentives (i.e. 10% off your next purchase for sharing a review.)

It all comes down to delivering content that your users not only love, but can get excited about and share with others, in turn increasing your engagement ROI on social channels.
