She began with positions in email marketing and CRM at Hot Topic before joining TechStyle Fashion Group as VP of Marketing & CRM for its JustFab brand. Currently consulting, Monica helps retailers create and maintain meaningful customer relationships through personalized experiences.

Sharon Choi

Senior Director of Subscriptions & Retention, The Bouqs Co.

Sharon Choi has a love for data — especially as it relates to retail customer strategy and analytics. Her passion for understanding customer behavior and making data-driven decisions drives her to constantly test, learn, and innovate.

She has extensive experience in successfully cultivating loyal customers and optimizing marketing + corporate strategies for retailers like DIFF Eyewear, Torrid, Guess?, Guitar Center, and Urban Outfitters. Currently, Sharon is the Senior Director of Subscriptions & Retention at The Bouqs.
