This week we’ve added an easy way to access reporting all on one page for your recommendation suite, including Concierge and Scout.

Simply navigate to your “Analytics” dropdown in the Sailthru dashboard and select the “Recommendation” tab to view this report. If you are utilizing Concierge and/or Scout you’ll be able to view the performance of your recommendations month to month which are broken down by hits, amount of time the recommendation was attempted, and the clickthrough rate of your recommendations.
