Client Support Hub Now Available!

We are very excited to announce a fresh feature has been added to Sailthru Support: the ability to manage past, present and future Support cases in our new Support Center.

After the feature is enabled on your account, simply create a log-in with the email address you use to contact our Support team. Once you’ve completed your account setup you will be able to view the current status of your cases and even create a new case! You can also sort by active cases, past cases or all cases by toggling the check mark as seen below. If you are a Super Admin user of Sailthru, you have the option to view Support cases for your entire company, in addition to filtering only the ones that you have submitted under your own email.
